Switched back to semantic versioning

Please note that since June 2015 we have switched back to semantic versioning of the plugin.
A bit of a hassle and we would like to apologise for that.
If you are using the SO Related Posts plugin and are (still) on a version number that looks like a date (yyyy.mm.dd), then please replace that with the latest available version.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
