# Switched Avatar

 * My wordpress avatar suddenly switched to one of the generic cartoon avatars and
   I can’t get my original one back. WordPress.org shows my avatar correctly but
   when I login to my blog (simplygoodcooking.com) the avatar is the cartoon.
 * I’ve opted to remove “author” from my blog posts so readers won’t see it but 
   it shows up along the top menu bar — I want my own avatar back! Any help will
   be greatly appreciated.
