Hi,

The site has two payment methods: credit card & Klarna.

Want to: set the additional fee for Klarna, don’t change for Credit Card.

After set for Klarna, it shows the additional fee. but after switch to credit card payment method, the additional fee STILL exsit. but I haven’t enabled/set for it. how to solve this?

Hi Qin,

I’ll be trying to replicate the issue with Klarna Payment Gateway plugin.

In a meantime, can you tell me whether you are using any cache plugin on your site? If yes, can you deactivate that plugin and check the issue?

Hi

Yes, I used cache plugin: it’s litespeed cachee.but I have disable cache for checkout page ,so anything other need notice?

The site has two payment methods: Credit Card and Klarna.
The request is simple, add a 2.5% fee for Klarna payment. no additional fee for Credit Card.

So I enable the Klarna and do nothing for Credit Card. is it Okay?

Hi @hqin,

I have the test account set up in Klarna. Here is my setup – https://prnt.sc/1u31zfi But I’m not able to see the Klarna option on the checkout page. Do you have any idea what’s I’m missing here? Or do you know any other way you can mention by contacting us on our support portal?

Yes, we have already done that. I have downloaded API information from Klarna and entered it. I’ll try again today.

Also, I would like to know whether did you check the issue by upgrading the plugin to the latest v2.6.4 of the plugin which has been released on Tuesday?
