Can you reproduce it under a standard theme, like “Twenty Sixteen”?

    Hello.

We didn’t tested on that theme.

    Plugins:
    – qTranslate-X
    – WPBakery Visual Composer & qTranslate-X

    Theme:
    – Kameleon

    WordPress:
    – 4.5.3

I assume you did not, otherwise you would not ask this question 😉 I meant to ask you to test it.

If you cannot reproduce it under the standard theme, contact the theme asking them to make it work the same way as it works under the standard theme, this is how any theme is expected to be developed.

Kameleon is a commercial theme, we do not have it, only users of that theme and theme authors may be able to help you. I would ask this question on their forum.

But at the end, for such a simple case of mis-formating, it is always quicker to find out what is wrong by yourselves and let the authors know what needs to be changed. Just try!
