Switch from Wix to WP theme help

Hey 🙂

I am going to switch my current wix site to WP and looking to replicate a very similar theme if anyone can point me in the right direction?

My site http://www.towardmusic.com – what it looks like now. Basically, I am up for a little change of course but I want to keep the 2 column blog feed on the home page. I also want to be able to feature different articles in the top interchange bit under my logo, and I want to be able to separate posts with a blog tag. This way only the blog posts come up under the blog heading (not live reviews / interviews etc) but they call all be displayed on the home page. Is this possible through a WP theme?
