I managed to retool this baby from the ground up. There’s a lot of customized WP/PHP stuff, but I don’t imagine that’s obvious from the page itself. [Though the source code is mighty tightly indented, if I do say so myself.]

I’d really appreciate some feedback on it. Thanks!

Looks great in Win/FF and IE. Very nice background and that’s gotta be the cleanest source code I’ve ever seen. Good work!

Logank, thanks for the wonderful complement on the source code. I’m super anal about that kind of stuff. I hacked my way through the WP source to get my tabs right [and clean up some rather messy code]. That complement probably means the most to me! [Though I do like that the page looks spiffy as well.]

Rosie, thanks for the post. Bad news though, it’s already taken its toll on your bandwidth count. Sorry.

As for the weird Explorer issue, does anyone know enough about IE Mac to tell me how to get the overflow: hidden to work there? Or maybe it’s the height settings [and consequent hacks]? If anyone does know this kind of thing, have a look-see at the CSS [ http://swimcommunity.org/blog/wp-content/themes/the-ribbon/style.css ] and lemme know which of those things are causing the snafu. And if there’s anything I can do about it.

    Thanks a million, kittens!
