 * Hi appsdroid,
 * I was able to embed this in a post by adding a new post and then selecting the
   HTML tab (instead of visual). You can switch back and forth between the Visual
   and HTML views as needed when adding or editing a post.
 * Good luck!

 * Thanks ChristNi
 * I switched across to HTML as advised and have it working perfectly.
 * Thanks for your help.

 * Actually…you can’t. It’s a long standing known defect with tinyMCE (the editor)
   that – especially when putting any sort of code in a post – switching between
   tabs will almost certainly destroy your code.
 * It’s fine to do so for normal posts, just not ones involving code.

 * Hi appsdroid & Rev. Voodoo,
 * I’m guessing that either the WordPress version, type of code, or theme must play
   a role here. I was able to switch back and forth without any issues with the
   code I inserted. I even published the post then switched back to the Visual editor
   and added some text.
 * You make a good point Rev, anytime you’re working on code and a WYSIWYG editor
   is involved it is a good idea to have the code in a text editor (like Notepad
   or Sublime Text) as well in case something goes wrong in the WYSIWYG editor.

 * Nah, it doesn’t have anything to do with theme or version really.
 * I definitely suspect it’s the type of code. Some gets eaten’ some does not.
 * It’s an issue with tinymce itself, and has been a longstanding issue. A quick
   forum search would turn up tonnes of discussion on it.
