Swapping Custom Theme/Custom Logo File with a New Logo PNG

Hi All!

I have a custom-created WordPress Theme and want to change some of the color elements. I have a new logo and would like to swap out the old header for the new header. But, my basic html skills are getting mindblown.

What is the simplest way to do this? FTP has me baffled. I’ve got the new logo in my media folder.
