swap image on mobile

Hi Everyone,

I have a website that works well on the desktop but on mobile I want to swap an image. So when visitor use a desktop they see one image and when they use a mobile phone they see another. I see posts for header image but not an image on a page.

The image on both needs to be clickable.

Any ideas?
