Resolved! It took longer than expected because i had a lot of old plugin versions still in the SVN.
So a tip is to remove old versions from the repository. This will speed up the update processing.

@renehermi old versions in the sense are you talking about tags?

Yes, old tags. Just delete them and only keep a handful of them than the updating process will be much faster

And while we try to make the plugin directory nice and fast to update, the reality is that it’s not instant, it’s a scheduling system, and it will update when it gets around to it in the scheduler. This may be in 5 minutes or it may be in 24 hours. Depends on what else is going on, what our load is like, how long it’s been since the last DDoS attack, etc.
Expect the occasional delay.
