    Hello,

    Publishing a new plugin and I forgot I had a captital in my user name so when I did change I am now getting.

    svn: E175013: Access to '/!svn/me' forbidden

    Not sure if locked out, but I think so. I created a new user in Linux just to try if svn user names were overlapping, but same result.

    The problem as seemed to resolved itself.

    So seemed like a password try issue!
