# svn commit 403 error

 * Hello! I have a problem with update files. Yesterday I made few firsts commits
   of plugin. It was successfully. But when I tried to add banner to assets directory
   and commit it I received an error message:
 *     ```
       svn ci --username videe.tv --password **** --message 'banner'
       svn: E175013: Commit failed (details follow):
       svn: E175013: POST of '/!svn/me': 403 Forbidden (http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org)
       ```
   
 * SVN STAT:
 *     ```
       svn stat
       M       trunk/readme.txt
       ```
   
 * I remove them I tried to commit old files and got the same error. I tried to 
   commit from another OS and another server (IP), but unfortunately.
 * I found only two posts with the same problem, but can’t find the solution of 
   it, only messages that it can be only with the new accounts. Can somebody help
   me?

   I don’t think it is a wordpress specific issue. Hope this helps.
