  • Hello,
I would appreciate advice regarding my newly launched website:

I want a light, paper-like design with my letterhead on top. This being an Scalable Vector Graphic (SVG) already narrows down my choice of themes as most won’t display svgs.

    As plug-ins I am using:
    1. Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)
    2. WP-SVG
    3. HTML5 Canvas for Internet Explorer

IE still will not display it right, as with theme “Twenty Eleven” the header should span the entire width as it correctly does in Firefox.

The heavy black menu bar is not what I really like, but a more decent tabbed menu — like here @ Which theme is this anyway?

Well, I am open for suggestions!

BTW: I put our round logo into my 1st post for testing a second svg. Why does it display that borderline?

PS: I am aware that I can use a pixel graphic like png instead, but aren’t we tired to look at all these blurry pictures marred by artefacts in the WWW?

PPS: I also wonder why the theme “Twenty Eleven” sports two search fields if one would do the job as well? How can I get rid of one?

Many thanks in advance and greetings from Dar es Salaam.
