Hello, first of all, I love the plugin.
However, the SVG I am using does not show up in Safari, iPhone and iPad.
It also shows up very pixelated in Internet Exporer and Chrome on my WIN7 computer.

It shows up fine on my Mac (retina display) with Chrome, Firefox and Opera browser and on WIN7 with Firefox.

Is there anything in the settings that I can do to solve this?

    Thank you,

    Frans

    Hi franskemper,

    Thanks for your support 🙂

That is strange, could you please provide a link to download the SVG file you speak of so I can test, it sounds like it is directly related to the file itself (or possibly your theme/plugins).

    Cheers
    Ben

    Hello Ben,

    Thank you for your response.

I created this with Adobe Illustrator.

The site I a placed it is ftck.net
    Not ready yet.
    Very best wishes,

    Hi Frans Kemper,

That file you have indeed made with Illustrator.. but you have placed a PNG file into your Illustrator file, so it is not a true vector.
Illustrator won’t automatically convert pixel images into vectors, they need to be drawn or traced, created using the vector tools so they can be enlarged mathematically.
    I hope this makes sense.

    For a quick example:
Open your file, then select the logo
Hit the “Image Trace” button (or find it in the menu)
Then hit the “Expand” button (or find it in the menu)
You will now have an outlined vector image.
I’m not sure if it will trace it perfectly, but you will now be able to edit any part of the image and it is in true vector format.
Save this as SVG and it should work fine 🙂
