SVG image does not display as email header

    Hi,

    When customizing the email header image, an SVG image does not display in emails reveived on gmail. JPG email header images work fine.

    Interestingly, the SVG image displays fine in the windows email client which I am using to receive seller emails.

    Any idea what may be happening?

    Hi roxicator,

    Apologies for the delay! Unfortunately, most email platforms don’t support SVG’s. It is best to use other formats like jpeg or PNG.
