SUV Town installation issue

I have downloaded and installed the trial version..then purchased and download from the supplied link the paid for version. I then uploaded via ftp the 4 files to over ride the original files… There is still the original latin stuff on the bottom right hand corner of the page..and I still cannot see how to remove that .. as well – when I go into the theme, it still says –
