Suspicious link is added in all of my templates in my multisite

I delted my whole template, I added new ones but still it shows this linked message viagra for sale cheap(http://viagraforsalecheaplwc.com/)
Why does it still keep showing this link no matter what template am putting? Where could it be loaded and what do I have to check in my multisite to find this “security hole” to solve this problem?
