 * Hey [@telesites](https://wordpress.org/support/users/telesites/)
 * Thanks for the heads-up, we checked on our site and this could be a false positive.
   As long as you use the version from the WordPress repository and have not modified
   the plugins, you should be good to go.
 * Now, could you please let me know what you used to scan the plugin?
 * There is an old rule in PHP ModSec referring to NextGEN Gallery, but it dates
   back to version 2.x from years ago. If the report is related to ModSec, you can
   remove or whitelist rules **77229500 **and/or **229500**.
 * I will be waiting for your reply.
 * Thanks!

 * We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close
   this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome
   to continue the conversation (please just see my post above).
 * Thanks!

 * I thought I replied to you on this –
 * We use plugin by WPMU – Defender Pro.
 * Their Malware Scan caught the false positive. We have marked the files as ignored
   for now.
