 * Generally no. What happens is the time that your site checks for an update and
   the time it auto updates happen to be out of sync this particular time and it
   reports an error. If you rescan this morning it will probably not show those 
   files. If you are ever concerned, you can remove the plugin via ftp, go to [http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordfence](http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wordfence)
   and download a fresh copy, and install it. The settings and everything should
   still be there.
