Suspended by terms of service

First, can anyone help with a blog at site.wordpress.com (where “site” stands in for the actual name? Site is hosted by dreamhost.

Site has been suspended for violation of terms of service with no indication of what the problem might be, no response from “support”. Site is managed by a professional journalist and closely monitored for content. Review of terms of service indicate nothing that may have been in violation.

Message suggests site should move to more appropriate server but ability to export is unavailable or not working.
