Survey Sends Results to Two Email Addresses

    Hello Friends,

    I am searching for a Survey Plug-in which will send the survey results to 2, (two) email addresses.
    I have tried the WordPress Simple Survey. But it’s multiple choice answers are based on weights. I only require the numerical value, for example: Question 1) Answer = 3, Question 2) Answer = 4 and so on.

    Also unfortunately it cannot send the completed survey results to myself and my client. The purpose of the survey is to give evaluation feedback to my client. A copy sent to me is important as it will confirm to me the survey was completed.

    If anyone knows of a plug-in that will send survey results to 2, (two) email addresses I would be very grateful hearing from you.
