    Hello,
    I’m still searching but can’t find suitable plugin.
    Maybe someone knows how to solve the problem or the right plugin.

    I need the plugin to make easy survey, quiz.
    Just 5 questions, each question with 4 answers. At the end of the test I need to:

    1. know which answers where mostly answered (at least 3 answers), for example there were three first answers for every question or there’re four second answers for every question
    2. show this result and depending on the result make specific url to redirect user

    Please help 🙂
