Surprised by auto-updates

I only expect these kinds of surprises from Microsoft.

And chrome, and firefox, and Mac OSX, and iOS, and Android…?

That may sound like we’re being dismissive, but we kinda think that security is a big deal, which is why we do auto updates for minor releases only. (If a plugin/theme breaks on a minor update, it’s time to grab that dev and ask them to fix it, because they may have been accidentally utilizing a vulnerability!)
