Our theme documentation explains the options for altering the header via the theme Customizer. Take a look through those docs and experiment with the Customizer to see if you can make the changes that you need. Generally speaking, you can remove the header for different types of pages, but cannot control it on a page by page basis. Our Make Plus product allows you to do this.
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately this is the only element of the Make Plus update that I actually need so doesn’t really warrant the expenditure at this stage. I think I may have to trawl through the other themes to find something suitable, which is a shame as I do like the adaptability of Make.
Sounds good! Just know that not many themes offer this level of customization. If you do not want to fight with CSS to customize the theme, then Make Plus might be a really good option.
