# Supported WooCommerce Subscriptions version?

 * We are still stuck at WooCommerce 2.6.14 and WooCommerce Subscriptions 2.1.4 (
   for several reasons, migrating to 4.0.1 and its SEPA support is a mandatory first
   step *before* upgrading). As I read WooCommerce 2.6 is supported. What about 
   WooCommerce Subscriptions 2.1.4?

 * The second question is tough to answer as 2.1.4 is nearly a year old, but there
   likely wouldn’t be any major problems. I would recommend copying the site to 
   a staging environment and updating Stripe to 4.01 and testing, then, you can 
   update Subscriptions and WooCommerce itself as they are very old at this point.
 * You would definitely want to update Subscriptions _before_ updating WooCommerce.

 * Testing the update on a staging site is recommended, you can use the WP-staging
   plugin from https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ to create a clone site 
   of the live server where you can perform these updates.
