  • I posted a request for support on WordPress about my site crashing when updating Jigoshop. Marcin was a big help and my site is now updated.

    I posted the issue to the boards and was told to email support. I didn’t hear back so I posted back to the boards 2 more times and emailed again a few times. Still no response. Finally I emailed one more time this morning and I received a message back stating that they hadn’t received any of my emails. They will respond if they get your email so keep trying.
