I want to create a site. Mainly site will be based on learning. My target traffic is 1M per month and there will be live classes too. So in this case can WordPress handle it?

That wouldn’t be a problem at all.

WordPress enterprise is enough for doing efficient application? Or I need to have plugins ? Can I have some suggestion?

WordPress doesn’t have any LMS functionality built-in, so you’ll need at least a plugin for that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/lms/

There’s no “enterprise” version of the WordPress.org software. Traffic volume is mainly a consideration of your chosen host. I believe WordPress.com does have an enterprise hosting package. If you’re considering WordPress.com hosting I recommend asking for more information over at wordpress.com.
