    I won’t be able to answer for the moment (for as long as this topic is pinned), but I will get back to you as soon as I’ll be back.

    The following documentation will probably help you meanwhile:

    For any technical problems:

    • => Make sure Booking Activities and its add-ons are all up to date <= (you can download the up to date add-ons on booking-activities.fr > My Account > Downloads)
    • Make sure you are using PHP 5.3 or more, MySQL 5.6 or more (not MariaDB)
    • Do NOT update WooCommerce until Booking Activities is marked as tested with the new version
    • Clear your cache (plugins, CDN, etc.) and clear your browser cache (CRTL+F5) after each test

    • Follow the instructions below “Booking Activities doesn’t work as it should” in the FAQ

    Remember that Booking Activities and its add-ons always work on a fresh install (no plugins except WooCommerce, Twenty Seventeen theme), so the problem most probably comes from a third party system (plugin, theme, cache, CDN, etc.), a corrupted data (database) or your environnement (server, php, mysql etc.).

    For any “how to” or “is it possible to”:

    For any customization:

    • Appearance: You can customize or hide any element displayed on your site with CSS code. Add it in Appearance > Customization > Additional CSS.
    • Feature: If you miss a feature after testing thoroughly, and you can’t find it in the add-ons or in the documentation, it probably doesn’t exist. In that case you can use the API to make your custom code.
