Hi @curiousonepdx it’s true that the original topic is gone. I tried to investigate but there is a possibility that the owner of the topic closed it.
On the other note, upon checking the information you provided, your Content Security Policy does not accept to load the required elements and because of this, the interface fails.
As much as we’d love to fix it for you, the only way to sort this out is you must check this with your hosting provider.
Or, if you are using a plugin that set the CSP policy, you must allow script and CSS coming from the wp-content/plugins/matomo folder.
Hi @curiousonepdx . Have you had a chance to look at my previous comment or maybe any question around this?
Yes, thank you for looking into that @emermatomo. Do you know what specific directives are required for Matomo? Do they include: 'style-src-elem'? I will check with my host (HostGator) for more info.
Hello @curiousonepdx we do not require style-src-element while using the plugin. We only require loading script-src and style-src from the main domain. But if you use a proxy cache, you might have to adapt this policy.
Hi @curiousonepdx As we didn’t receive a response after 1 week, we’re marking this issue as resolved. If something is not working, feel free to leave a comment and we’d be happy to assist.
