    I logged a support ticket back in January and have still not had a response so will try here as the developers seem to at least monitor this.

    I’ve been a long-term SNAP user with a Pro Plugin but today decided to upgrade to the API subscription as want to start posting to Instagram.

    I purchased the Pro Plugin and API subscription for $49.95 but it doesn’t seem to have given me API access. When I visit the “My Page”, I get shown the following:

    You don’t have an active API subscription. Your API might be outdated, since you are not getting the latest updates.Please upgrade your API subscription to get the latest features and networks.

    I have also noticed that I have bought the upgrade under a different email address and perhaps that’s why it’s not showing up on site. But I can’t seem to workout how to link the plugin to the new serial number.

    Are you able to merge my two accounts and turn on the API access for me?

    if you placed an order with different email, you got a different account. Please login to that new account and get your new activation key. Then please go to the Help/Support/About tab and click [Change Activation key]. Enter your new key.
