Support solves a problem when the plugin does not have a feature

    Our donation form has a custom dropdown field, and we wanted it to be a required field. Unfortunately some donors were ignoring the choices. Customer support provided the code to compel the donor to select one of the choices. Excellent support that made a good plugin even better. Thanks to Alex Coleman.
