Support Service was prompt and more than helpful

When WP updated we ended up with a glitch in our shop, but an email to WP eCommerce support and Mihai was on it within the hour! …not only locating the problem, but fixing it, too. Can’t get better service than that! I am more than thrilled to see how prompt my needs were met!
