Support is very slow if any. All they want is me to sign up to forum to ask a couple of simple pre sales questions.
And they’re correct too. 😉
This is the reply I use for pre-sale questions.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. That includes pre-sales questions.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
These forums are for the version of code hosted in the WordPress repositories. It’s not for sales or customer support. Some pre-sales questions are tolerated (and there’s a lot of posts to look at) but when an author uses the forums for sales then they’ll get a shoulder tap asking them to take it somewhere else.
well just so you know. My questions were about the version of code hosted in the WordPress repositories. Got no answer so I went to their forum and got no answer, yet other questions were answered.
So I gave them a one start here.
If you looked at other one starts for THIS product they say the same..

Questions had nothing to do with THIS plugin because ALL demos are about PAID products, except for the main demo which obviously worked since you are talking about the demos it links to.

NEVER went to our forums. One must wonder what the real agenda is here.
Every other review is from people who have actually used the product, positive or negative. In this review, by their own words, reviewer has NEVER used this product. Its a shame that this review is allowed.
