Support russian language in date

    Tried it myself and it seems its working for me – So i need you test something out on your end.

    Can you go into the plugin files wp-content/plugins/video-conferncing-with-zoom-api/includes/helpers.php – Line number 482 (Plugin version 3.6.9 )

    Change
    setlocale( LC_TIME, $locale );

    to
    setlocale( LC_ALL, $locale );

    Report back to me if it works. I’ll test this further then.
