    Does anyone have experience with how long it takes for MailPoet to respond after you’ve submitted a support ticket.

    They say it is usually 12 hours, but I’ve now waited almost 48 hours and heard nothing. A bit frustrating when paying for the premium service yet unable to send emails.

  • Well its been almost 5 days since you posted this and not a peep from Mailpoet, looks like I’ll be moving to another platform the lack of support does not inspire confidence, but this is the way of support these days companies taking your money then expecting other users to answer your support queries I have another 2 plugins that claim 24 hour support only to find the 24 hour support comes from a facebook group where your queries may or may not get answered funnily enough when I filled in the form for a refund they got back to me in less than an hour.
