Support » Plugin: ManageWP Worker » no reply to support tickets

  • Particular if you are in the business of supporting website hosting, it has been over 10 hours and no response to a ticket on a major fail. I suspect that they are victims of there own success. If it was free, I would not be leaving a low review score, but if you charge a subscription, you need to provide timely support. I will look to see if there are similar services out there that can provide better support. UPDATE: I have just reduced to 1 star as it is now 3 days with no response to support tickets. Luckily for me I have solved my issue outside of ManageWP, but I would recommend relying on their service as a rock-solid backup solution as they are not available to help when their system has a bug.
