After several days of accessing my store and apparently trying to get the proper data scheme to appear, support said it is a limitation of the “Free” version and requested to buy the premium version. Fine.
After several days of buying the premium version of the website, there is still not update on data scheme and support is asking “please elaborate on me a little bit more about your need, I make sure your need.”
My exact need was explained in my first email to support. The “need” was very well understood. Now 8 days later, after requesting to buy a premium product you are asking for clarification about my need and why I need it?
Not sure if a premium version is worth it, and what kind of “premium support” is provided if I’m waiting over one week and still not having a solution working. Poor communication and support so far.

Still waiting for a solution after nearly 30 days! There is no such thing as “premium support.”
Do not rely on this plugin or their support. Nothing they say is honored or true.
“We will solve this today for sure.” Looks like this will be another lie by this Comppany, just like there has been every day for the past 1 month. Do not buy the premium version of this plugin, there is no benefits and support is useless.
Total refund has been requested.
Purchased a premium plugin 3 weeks ago, including premium support. Nothing about the premium plugin or support is any different than the regular version. Their developers do nothing but make broke promises, break your website, and make excuses. They are a bunch of incompetent lemmings. AVOID LIKE YOU AVOID AIDS!!!
