# Support really slow!

 * Support is really really slow. I emailed them three days ago and they’ve not 
   responded. Pop’ups do not work as expected.
 * The mobile one does not work if you have age verification turned on.

   sorry for this situation but the support is number 1 priority for our company
   and we are doing our best to answer all the support threads within 24 hours.
