Support » Plugin: WP Recipe Maker » Support RankMath (like Integrate with Yoast SEO)

  • Hi Brecht,

    RankMath gets more and more popular, so maybe you could consider to support it like Yoast. Right now I have 2 different Graphs, one generated by RankMath, one generated by WPRM.

    I open this topic because I had a hard time with the Piterest support until it worked to show Rhich snippets for my posts. Seems to be related to the 2 graphs. Actually it works now, but maybe there an option to support RankMath. They may have no integration API right now, but I could imagine they would be willing to add one, if you get in touch with the team.

    Greetings, Rafael

    Hi Rafael,

    This would indeed be a question for them.

    As far as I’m aware they do not offer hooks that allow other plugins to integrate with their schema metadata, so there’s nothing we can do about that at the moment.

    Thanks for your quick reply. I will raise a ticket at RankMath.

    Hi Brecht,

    got an answer from RankMath support.

    We do have a filter you can use to extend the Rank math JSON-LD, here it is:

    /**
     * Collect data to output in JSON-LD.
     *
     * @param array $unsigned An array of data to output in json-ld.
     * @param JsonLD $unsigned JsonLD instance.
     */
    add_filter( 'rank_math/json_ld', function( $data, $jsonld ) {
    	return [];
    }, 10, 2);

    You can also find more hooks to modify your rich snippets here:https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#richsnippets

    Sure, but do they have the Schema Graph format where all items on the page use “isPartOf” and the Recipe metadata isPartOf the Article which isPartOf the WebPage.

    I have only seen that with Yoast and that’s what we integrate with for Yoast SEO.

    I’ll look into the hooks the provide.
