Support question without subscription?

How can I get some custom coding support? I am not going to buy a full Pro license, simply because I do not want my data to be pushed through your third-party servers, nor have I the need for all the extra “features”.

It’s just that your online docs are lacking explanation (examples do not match function names, etc) and I need some explanations to go on with my coding.

If I can buy certain support time, please tell me.
