# Support – problems and suggestions

 * Feel free to post any problems you may have or if you have any suggestions for
   improvement to the plugin.
 * If posting about a problem you’re experiencing please provide me with the following
   information…
    1. Version of the plugin you’re using
    2. Version of PHP you’re using on your site
    3. Version of WordPress you have installed
    4. URL of where the problem can be seen (if possible)
    5. What parameters were you passing to the plugin and what default options do you
       have configured?
    6. As much other information as possible to allow me to recreate it – screenshots,
       for example.
 * Support isn’t guaranteed, neither are hours, but I usually support during UK 
   office hours Monday to Friday but will often reply at other times. Please be 
   polite at all times.

 * All of the sudden, my website is asking everyone to download update_flash_player.
   exe
 * It’s your plugin that is causing this because I went through and test all of 
   them and this plugin is the only one that causes the problem to help.
 * Can you please help me out!! I love this and really hope it’s not broken completley!
