# Support Policies

 * At GoldHat Group we aim to provide quality support for all our plugins. QuizMaster
   was created in part to ensure long-term support for a plugin (WP Pro Quiz) that
   was largely unsupported. We have plan to make update release at least every 2-
   3 weeks during the remainder of 2017. Support questions posted here will generally
   be answered within 48-hours.
 * Please use care in posting requests for support, especially with bug/issue reports.
   Provide all the details required to identify where/how/when the issue is happening.
   Being able to answer the question directly instead of clarifying missing details
   saved us time and enables us to help more users. Thanks for your cooperation.
