    Is the import feature in Support Plus to SupportCandy active yet? Our license is about expire in a week.

    Hello,
    Unfortunately we have cancelled import feature from Support Plus to SupportCandy due to technical issues.
    You can use SupportCandy for new users and SupportPlus for old ones until all old tickets gets closed.
    You do not need to renew Support Plus.

    Hello,

    Wow this is crazy, BAD business move you guys end. What was so wrong with support plus that it needed to be all redone? So I am guessing support/updates are no more for support plus then correct? Also if you guys cancelled the import feature then please take that info off your support plus page/blog. These is where I seen the info.
