Support of + (plus-sign) in URL

    on several locations you replace ‘%2F’ by ‘/’. Great!

    But we like also “+”-signs in our URLs.
    Each time you update your plugin I replace
    ‘%2F’,’/’
    by
    array(‘%2F’,’%2B’), array(‘/’,’+’)

    It would be great if you can modify your code accordingly.
