    Hi @xootix.

    I hope you monitor your support form submissions from your website. I mean, that’s the only way to reach out to you – right?
    In that form itself, I had mentioned some queries and the first one was change of email ID from support-service@take-a-paw.com to the new email ID. I mentioned that my previous domain is decommissioned and I am not able to set it from by myself from your website. Weren’t those queries/request looked into by your team?
    Kindly provide support for the queries listed through your support form.
