Support not helpful and rather rude!

I asked about my site not working properly since the recent update and received no support on it at all. Instead of help, any posts updating the situation (that was almost 1 month old!) were simply deleted.
I find that incredibly rude. Yes, this is a free software but how about some common courtesy in the form of a reply? If there is no solution, just say so.
Now the topic has been closed without resolution.
And, before you say I was posting too many times please don’t bother as that’s not the truth. I would wait over a week for any sort of response (from WP people or others on the forum) before updating. Surely that’s better than writing another post?
I’m expecting this post to be deleted also (if current standards are adhered to) but I am hoping for a reply.
