Support never responded

I bought the premium / paid version and support never responded. After waiting two weeks, I went with Kikote instead, as they included “drawn shipping zones” in their list of features. Kikote had better features than this plugin overall, and their support team actually responds. I am sure this plugin works for someone but it did not work for me.
