# Support needed

 * Hello, a few options are need,
    - with live notification, occasionally when an new order is placed, the sound
      ring, after check and returning to orders, if a new order is placed, there
      is no sound thou the notification button appear, then on next order sound 
      works again.
 *  - when the orders stack up on orders page with notification(at bottom right 
      corner)-this is good , thou say if 3 orders was placed, and they show on orders
      page notification(at bottom right corner), – if the latest order is selected
      from the stack and previewed, when returning to orders page …. the entire 
      stack is no longer visible… so what I’m saying is, only the order that was
      checked should be removed from the stack, still showing the other orders that
      wasn’t previewed or checked.
    - if a new order is placed, just as with checked if the preview button is selected
      the music should stop playing.
    - is there a way to add single item special or custom notes, and also have that
      display in preview pop up along with edit order page? note I’m not referring
      to overall or standard custom note on checkout
    -  with checkout css, returning customer / have a coupon border color how can
      I access this, it was overridden, that along with css option for mini cart
    - Is there a min cart pop up shortcode , also css customization for options ?
 * also there is an immediate issue product will not add to cart after being selected,.
   the add to cart button triggers the notification but when you open the cart nothing
   is there, but if the product have options it triggers that pop up and the add
   to cart button do work there

    1. If you are on the order page already then it will not work with the sound. Because
       you already noticed that’s why it designs like that.
    2. Thanks for your suggestion. We have already notified our team. Hope they will
       improve it. Please allow us time.
    3. Yes. In the next update we will fix it.

       you can use it for a single product also.
    5. No, the border color comes from your theme: [https://prnt.sc/pH-01A6lheID](https://prnt.sc/pH-01A6lheID).
       So for that, you have to override the theme’s checkout page. And if you want
       you can edit it using custom CSS code also.
    6. No shortcode for it. We have only these options to customize the mini cart:

    7. It happened for your caching plugin. Please try to clean your cache and then
       try. After cleaning cache if it is not solved then please check your other plugin.
       And find out which one is the cause for slow adding to the cart. Somehow any
       other plugins can conflict with your js file. So it is taking more time to add
       on your cart. Because the necessary js file is loading later.
