 * Hi there,
 * I’ve send you a ticket two days ago and did not get a response. I also send the
   ticket to auke [AT] wpmarketingrobot.com (from this topic: [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-needed-3/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-needed-3/))
   because it did happen before that I did not get a response on a ticket that was
   send in with your form.
 * I did not get a ticket number.
 * I can understand you cannot always solve tickets within a day but could you at
   least let me know if you received it?
 * I’m having issues while saving custom optional attributes and like to set up 
   my feed soon.
 * I currently have two licenses and probably more coming up.
