Support Lacking

    I’ve had problems with this plugin since I downloaded it and it’s completely unusable. I posted a support ticket and then I decided to look at their response time for support. All of the posts from a month back haven’t even been answered yet. Completely unhelpful.

    This is a community based plugin. All support is answered by everyone. The support page you see is usually users helping users.

    Did you contact us through our website for help ? we don’t monitor the community support page in WordPress, because we provide support through our site.

    Hope that helps you understand the difference in support options.
